WeeChoCo is a community interest company making hand-crafted chocolate with a difference. All profits made go to supporting people with learning difficulties and autism in the local community.
With their name and production in place, WeeChoCo turned their attention to branding and packaging design, hoping to launch their very first chocolate bar range.
Knowing this was a small company with big attitude and big plans to expand the product range over time, and with the positive nature of their company in mind, I created an easily scaled, eye-catching graphic treatment. This importantly allows for pack designs as well as an engaging brand presence, helping this small business grab maximum attention in a very competitive market.
By writing copy lines ‘The New Choc on The Block’, ‘Do Good Eat Chocolate’ and 'Community Interest Chocolate' I was able to further help the brand achieve the desired impact at launch, introducing the arrival of their new attitude to the sector. The design of the packs themselves is led by the ingredients of the chocolate, and the graphic treatment is strong enough to be used off pack, across various uses and scales.
With their new brand and packs in place, WeeChoCo was successfully stocked in stores and delis across the country, always achieving high levels of on shelf stand-out.
